What do Official firmware, CFW and NB actually mean?
They're the three connection modes Scooter Tools recognizes when it reads your scooter's Bluetooth data. All three are about what Scooter Tools can monitor and read — none of them are something Scooter Tools installs, changes or unlocks on your scooter.
